Plus Ones

A cross between cocktail casual and business professional. Keep in mind it is a corporate event but remember to have fun and show your personality.

We are inviting significant others and spouses as plus ones. Your plus ones are required to have a ticket to enter. All other guests can enter after the award ceremony wraps at 8:30 p.m. and should register here.

Tickets & Inviting VIPs

Ticketing will open on September 8, 2025. The tickets are as follows:

Your Ticket: Register to attend both the Holiday Party & Awards Show and the Absolute Pool Party using the "AHMC/Crown/FDM Employees & Loan Officers Holiday Party" ticket option. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TICKET TO ENTER.

General Admission (8:30 p.m.): Send this to anyone in the real estate industry that you think should join us for the public portion of our Absolute Pool Party. This does not include the Holiday Party & Awards Show.

VIP Pass (8:00 p.m.): Each branch is assigned a certain number of passes to invite your partners for a VIP pass, which includes two drink tickets and priority entry to the pool party. This does not include the Holiday Party & Awards Show. Reach out to your Branch Manager with any questions.

Elite Pass (6:00 p.m.): Each branch is assigned a certain number of passes to invite your partners for the Inferno Pass. This pass gets admission to our Holiday Party & Awards Show and the Absolute Pool Party. Reach out to your Branch Manager with any questions.

Drink Tickets

Loan Officers and Branch Managers will be able to purchase additional drink tickets, either for their own team or to give to attending agents. Contact Elizabeth Rodriguez with any questions.

The Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo

How do I register? If you'll be manning the Absolute/Crown booth, stay posted for further communication on registration. Otherwise, you can register on their website or at the door.

What is included in registration? You will be provided with a name badge available for pickup at the convention center. Be sure to arrive early to collect your badge.

What are the trade show hours? The trade show hours are Tuesday, December 9 from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where is Triple Play? The convention and trade show are at the Atlantic City Convention Center: One Convention Blvd., Atlantic City, NJ 08401.

Who is Triple Play for? Triple Play is the largest realtor convention in the tri-state area.

If I sign up to work the booth, will the company pay for my badge? Yes, if you choose to register for booth duty, a badge will be preordered on your behalf, and all that remains is for you to retrieve it. However, please be aware that if you sign up and fail to attend, you will incur a charge for the entry cost.

If I am not working the booth, can I purchase a badge on-site to attend the trade show? Yes, you can purchase a badge on-site.

What is the dress code? Business Professional.

Transportation and Lodging

Is there a room block? If you qualify, corporate will cover room expenses for Wednesday, December 10, 2025. All travel arrangements, including booking your own room, are your responsibility.

To qualify for corporate room coverage on December 10, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Room Booking Deadline: Your room must be reserved by December 1, 2025 to qualify for corporate coverage.
Operations staff must ensure they return to work by noon on Thursday. If this isn't feasible due to your location, please share your flight information and discuss it with your direct manager.
Licensed staff must have at least one state submitted for renewal by December 1st.

Important Notes on Booking:

Card Hold or Charge: When booking, your card will initially show a hold or charge, which will be lifted after check-out.
Incidentals: Any incidental charges will remain on the card you reserved with or provide during check-in.

Please be mindful that if you need to cancel your room, you must do so within the allotted timeframe. Any rooms reserved and marked as a "no-show" will still incur a room charge. For any questions about booking, please contact Elizabeth Rodriguez.

What if I'm a flight away and can't make it to my desk by noon? If you are flying in and require additional time, please coordinate those hours with your direct manager. For corporate operations employees, it's necessary to share your flight details with Elizabeth Rodriguez.

What if I need a flight? The employee is responsible for covering the cost of transportation. If you have any inquiries regarding travel, feel free to get in touch with us!

What airport would I fly into? We suggest flying into the Atlantic City Airport, which is around 20-minutes away from the venue. Otherwise, the Philadelphia International Airport and Newark International Airport are other options which would require an 1.5+ hour drive to Atlantic City.

Holiday Party & Awards

What is the dress code? A cross between casual cocktail and business attire.

What time does the holiday party start? For all employees and Elite Pass holders, the doors open at 6:00 p.m. and close at 6:20 p.m.

Doors open for realtors and business partner VIPs at 8:00 p.m. General Admission can enter at 8:30 p.m.

Is there an open bar? Throughout the duration of the holiday party (6:00 - 8:00 p.m.), there will be an open bar. After that, bottle service will be available.

Can I bring a plus one? Spouses and significant others are welcome to join us for the holiday party portion of the night. Please be sure to select a second staff ticket when checking out if you are bringing a plus one.

Other guests must register for General Admission here and are welcome to join us at 8:30 p.m.

What qualifies someone as an Elite Pass holder? These special guests will receive a special invitation and their status will be shown on their ticket.

What qualifies someone as a Frost Pass holder? These are guests that you can invite with a special invitation. Their status will be shown on their ticket.

What if my guest isn't a VIP or Elite Pass holder? They can join us for General Admission at 8:30 p.m or upgrade their ticket through Eventbrite at cost.

Will there be drink tickets? A drink ticket will be given to VIP realtors; additional drink tickets can be purchased by LO's & managers.
